Round three of the 2014 Arenacross Tour took place at Birmingham’s LG Arena on Saturday night where 7,000 fans were treated to three hours of edge-of-the-seat racing and outrageous Freestyle Motocross.
Once again Edgar Torronteras electrified the audience with his Freestyle Motocross skills but the supporting cast of Brits, including Jamie Squibb more than held their own in the company of the Spanish superstar.
Edgar got to share the track this week with not only MX-GP shredder Tommy Searle (who gave a perfect demo of the track) but also Liam Doran who bought his RX car to wow the audience with a display of super slick driving, producing louder decibels than an Iron Maiden gig.
From Birmingham, the series now heads north west up the M6 for a Sunday matinee show on February 2 at Liverpool’s Echo Arena – the fourth stop on the seven-round tour.
