Here is a video of Adam Cianciarulo who separated his shoulder through the whoops in the 250SX main event. The medical staff popped it back in a place and Cianciarulo still attempted to continue riding, but the pain was simply to much so he was forced to retire. This is a great indicator of how tough this motocross riders truly are.
