In 2012 Stefan Geukens, a well known motocross photographer and publisher, had an idea to create a book that epitomizes the emotion, the pride, the guts and the glory that make up the most significant motocross race of the year known as the Motocross of Nations (MXoN). The book titled “The Art of Nations” captures entirely through spectacular images and intimate articles the magic of what was the 2012 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations in Lommel, Belgium.
Many people have played a vital part in making this book spectacular, from Eric Geboers, 2012 MXoN organizer, to the heroes of our sport such as Max Nagl who along with his german team mates Marcus Shiffer and Ken Roczen were victorious at the 2012 FIM Monster Energy Motocross of Nations. “The Art of Nations” not only highlights the behind the scenes emotion, spirit and determination, but also provides the readers with qualifying lap times, lap charts and results, making this book an asset to any motocross lovers coffee table.
“The Art of Nations” is available in four languages, English, Dutch, German and French and is a special edition from the successful magazine series “The Art of Motocross”. From March, the magazine series is available to view online as an E-Book allowing readers to enjoy such a special insight to motocross in all its heart ache and glory, minus the high costs of shipping.
