Set to create a stir at this weekend’s EWC GP of France, Antoine Meo will contest a KTM 125 EXC in the Enduro 1 class.

With the world title secured at the penultimate round of the series in Greece last June, Meo has cashed in on a bet he made with his team manager.

“At the beginning of the season I made a bet with my team manager Fabio that if I won the E1 title in Greece he’d let me ride the 125 here in France. He’s kept his word,” laughed Meo.

Having raced and won on the 125 in the French Enduro Championship, Meo is a big fan of the small two-stroker. He wants to prove the 125 is equally competitive in the EWC too. Meo’s in France to win and he wants to do it in style too.

“I love this bike – I’ve great passion for it. I believe that in the right hands it’s competitive in the EWC and I hope to prove that here. Winning in France on a 125 would be incredible.”

At Enduro21.com they hope he can deliver the goods too. But before he got it muddy we took a closer look at Antoine Meo’s KTM 125 EXC…
