Eli Tomac is the winner of the first night in Lille

Supercross_Lille_2014_Tomac_Barcia_BraytonFirst night of Supercross in Lille was a complete success with a packed stadium of twenty two thousand spectators, great atmosphere and best racing action you can get in supercross.

Eli Tomac was unbeaten all night long by winning everything there was to win in SX1. He won both finals and took the overall in front of another American Malcolm Stewart who finished second overall with 3rd and 4th place. Third overall was another American Justin Barcia with 8th and 3rd place. The French crowd had big hopes on Christophe Pourcel after finishing the first race in second, but the second race was not so lucky for him as he suffered two crashes witch ended in DNF.  The best French rider was at the end Jordi Tixier in fourth place overall with 7th and 6th place.

In SX2 class was Maxime Desprey  who took the overall win with (1-1) in front of Thomas Do (2-3) and Ben Watson (2-4).
