The action packed MXGP festival in Matterley Basin was the prime opportunity for amateur riders to take their claim to fame on one of the most phenomenal circuits on the Grand Prix calendar. With huge prizes up for grabs thanks to Monster Energy and STOCKTOC.IT amateur riders were sure to be in for a treat. It was a bitter sweet end for Josh Waterman when the race was cut short due to his enormous crash over the finish jump, but due to him being the leader at the time of the red flag, Waterman was deemed winner and receiver of the £1000 prize purse thanks to Monster Energy, second place and receiver of the Monster Energy £600 purse was James Dodd with third place and Monster Energy £400 going to Jake Millward. All three riders also received a Satellite Navigation System ‘Tom Tom Start 2’ thanks to STOCKTOC.IT who also awarded riders fourth to sixth with a Ebook Reader, seventh place with a Polar FT1 and riders eighth to twelfth with a Click 7 Lite DVD for Auto player.
Stocktoc.it awarded all other riders with a ‘special digital photo show system’.
Winner Josh Waterman has sustained some injuries and stayed overnight in hospital under medical supervision, we would like to wish him the best and hope to see him back on the track soon.
