During the second round of the Honda 150 European Championship at the MXGP of Great Britain, the aspiring motocross stars of the future were faced with a very physical challenge in the British mud.

Fittingly, the day after the Grand Prix the leading lights of the youth series visited the English Institute of Sport to receive expert guidance to help them improve their own physical performance.

As part of Honda’s commitment to nurturing the Talent of Tomorrow, they were granted exclusive access to the EIS, the organization behind much of Team GB’s success at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Alongside leading Honda riders from on- and off-road racing, a team of staff put the 11-14-year-olds through their paces before identifying areas for improvement in the fields of strength and conditioning, psychology and nutrition.
