The young Bulgarian, latest recruit of the Monster Energy Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team, has shown great potential since he joined the team earlier this season, finishing only once outside top eleven of the series. Working hard with the team to find the best settings for him, and expecting some podium results after the German round, Petar crashed during a testing session and unfortunately broke his collarbone. He immediately underwent surgery by Doctor Claes, and is now back home but will miss the next GPs to come back even stronger in Czech Republic.

He is training hard, and during a testing session he unfortunately crashed and got injured. He could have raced in Sweden in a few days, but we want him to recover totally and be strong for the end of the series, so we’ve decided that he will miss the next two GPs and can take time to come back again 100% fit.
