On Saturday morning the riders had to ride a special section twice and the times were kept. Wade had the best time of 10 minutes and 16 seconds ahead of Walker and Gomez.
In the evening the riders competed on a Super Enduro type course in the center of Ales. In the final, after a bad start, Wade was able to move up to third place by the end of the first lap. He ended the first day of the race in second place overall.
The race on Sunday started at 10 AM, Wade got a great start and set a torrid pace, Walker caught him and the two raced elbow to elbow for nearly four hours. At the end Walker managed to get a small lead on Wade and at the end Wade finished a magnificent race in second place ahead of Jarvis.
Wade’s next race will be the Hell’s Gate.
