A great Justin Brayton (BTO KTM) gains the Sofia Supercross in Bulgaria, by dominating the second race-day, at the end of the fight against Peick and Malcolm Stewart.
After a bad first race-day, because of a crash, Brayton reached to win and so change the final results against every predictions, showing his great shape and confirming once again his extraordinary skill. Actually he is in Italy, where he is training and looking at his next challenge: to be the King of Genoa for the third time!
The last time news is the confirmation of Dylan Ferrandis (Monster Energy Kawasaki), the young rider from Avignon who will ride the 450cc. bike in the main class. A really great new mainly because he is very strong in Supercross: he has already been protagonist at European level and in 2016 from France he will go to race in USA. We are talking about a worldwide level rider, in fact he won MX2 race in Argentina this year before the injury, after having built the triumph of France at MXoN in 2014.
The heat for the throne has started and none wants to let it go: no more joking, only racing!
About European riders at Sofia SX, at the end of races dominated by the Americans, the first European rider, has been the sixth classified very young Brian Hsu (Rockstar Suzuki), registered in the Genoa starting list in the SXLites class: another one who dominated at youth level, by winning European and World Mx 85 and 125 titles. With his 250cc., there will be also Nick Kouwenberg (J-Tech Honda) the European MX2 Champion and new winner at the Dutch Supercross. Finally the SXLites class means show, if we think that at the starting gate there will be also the first classified riders of the Italian supercross championship, Simon Mallet (Honda MB Team) and Francesco Muratori (Suzuki), also protagonists in the French SX, the Canadian “italianised” Kade Tinkler (Suzuki Castellari), other than the debuting and fast Fillppo “Puma” Zonta (J-Tech Honda), even him always winning the youth categories.
In the meanwhile, the building of the track is going well in accordance with the plan. Thancks to his collaborators, the myth “Armatek” Dazzi has already prepared the tunnel and now he is giving the right shape to the track: jumps, whoops, bobs are growing up like mushrooms inside the Genoa Palafiera. More than the tunnel, you can see the start straight line, the technical sections on both sides of the tribunes, while turns are to be defined yet. It is a work-in-progress that is like a final countdown towards the 2015 supercross start.
