After intense season of racing, in which Tim Gajser clinched his 2015 MX2 World Championship Title, he finally came home yesterday where huge crowd of fans and friends waited desperately for their hero to arrive in his home town Makole. When Gajser family arrived the crowd was going ballistic. They cheered and partied long in to the night as this is for shore one of the biggest achievement for Slovenian motosport and sport in general.
In the speech that Gajser had we heard some interesting news, that is still uncertain where he will ride next year. He said that in October 25 he will travel to the last Japanese National MX Championship where he will ride Hondas newest weapon for 2016 beside another Honda rider Trey Canard from USA. After that race Honda and Gajser family will decide if he will stay another year in MX2 class or he will advance to MXGP’s.
Whatever decision Gajser and Honda will make, we look forward to it. We know that the season just ended but we just cant wait for 2016 season to begin. Congratulations to Tim Gajser for winning his first FIM MX2 Championship.
