During the “Valli Bergamesche” event, Italian race of the WEC (World Enduro Championship) held in Rovetta (Bergamo, Italy), SWM Motorcycles introduced its official 2015 range of street and off-road motorcycles.
A “live” debut after the first international appearance during EICMA on last November, when the Italian Company showed off totally renewed, strong of a long tradition, great passion and high level technical skills.
In the stand set inside the paddock, the enduro models RS 300 R and RS 500 R, motard SM 500 R, on and off-road bikes RS 650 R and SM 650 R, and “classic” Silver Vase 440 and Gran Milano 440 were displayed and obtained many approval by the numerous fans attending the event and by the journalists attending the press conference who also had the chance to ride the off-road models on the track specifically set up for the test.
The event was also attended by many of the riders that made the history of enduro riding the red/silver SWM bikes, such as Gualtiero Brissoni, Pierluigi Rottigni, Pietro Gagni and Andrea Marinoni, back for a few minutes on the 2015 enduro bikes to refresh the past successes, and by the agents of the international dealers that will start soon the sale of the first models.
The production planning foresees the exit from the assembly line of the RS 650 R on July 8th, SM 650 R will be produced in August, end of September for the RS 300 R, RS 500 R and SM 500 R models, and in the second half of October there will be the production of Silver Vase 440 and Gran Milano 440.
