Derek Anderson has been one of the very few in the sport to make such a statement as a privateer rider. After racking up points all season long in 2013 and even scoring a top 10 finish in the premiere 450 class, Derek was forced to step away from chasing his dream due to a back injury. Two years out has not seemed to slow him down though. With a full time job during the week, the only thing Derek looks forward to his riding on the weekends.
